BLU launches the F91, its first 5G phone

The BLU F91 has been described as an “affordable option in the 5G market”.

BLU launched the F91 on April 20. The company says it offers “affordable options” with regards to its mobile devices, and the F91 is no exception. The phone has an MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price) of around €276 ($300). There will also be a flash sale that decreases price down to around €184 ($200). Standout features include an expansive screen, long battery life and 5G connectivity.

The device is built with a Dimensity 810 chipset, along with eight GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. It also features a microSD slot which supports up to 256 GB cards. The F91 supports Android 11, yet it is not known how many system updates there will be.

In terms of display, the device features an expansive 6.8” LCD display with 1,080 x 2,460 px resolution. There is a 48 MP HD main camera, along with a 5MP wide-angle camera, 2MP macro camera and 2MP depth camera.

The F91’s battery is 5,000 mAh, reportedly giving up to three days of regular use. The device can support both 18W fast charging and 10W wireless charging.
